Lauren Brooke steadily grew sales for over fifteen years. But as competition grew in the natural cosmetics industry, sales went flat for several years.
Lauren is exceptionally resilient. This trait along with the unrelenting struggles she has experienced and her deep care for others make her uniquely capable to inspire and lift women globally. Out of necessity, when she became a single mom of three little ones, she built her natural cosmetics company 14 years before we started working together. Before that, Lauren had struggled for 10 years with two chronic conditions with no known cure, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Lauren had successfully grown her cosmetics design and manufacturing company from 2005 until 2015 when sales went flat for four years as big brands entered the clean beauty industry. We focused on the difference her products made in her customer's lives. I interviewed and surveyed her customers to discover their struggles and aspirations, rebranded the website, focused on product reviews, and repositioned 90 product lines to focus on the impact on client's lives.
